The Norman & Elaine Polsky Family Supporting Foundation wants to assist those 501(c) (3) organizations having an annual budget of under $5 million dollars, which will help themselves to establish a Polsky Endowment thus encouraging them to establish other endowments. It is our belief that without endowments, they will have no future.

The Creative Education Foundation is grateful to Norman and Elaine Polsky and their Foundation for initiating the challenge that launched the CEF Endowment Fund and for their on-going support.

The Norman and Elaine Polsky Family Supporting Foundation (Polsky Supporting Foundation) supports 49 charities throughout the United States. The Creative Education Foundation is honored to be among the recipients.

Thus far, the Polsky Supporting Foundation has granted CEF matches in the total amount of $68,500.  The most recent was received at the beginning of 2009.

Unfortunately, due to the market down turn, the endowment fund lost value in the second half of 2008 from which it has begun to recover and currently holds a position of $112,000.

Norman Polsky has developed an effective methodology for selecting and managing mutual funds. To learn more about this methodology click on Norman Polsky’s Personal and Financial Advice.

“The benefits of philanthropy are circular. I give time and money to support projects that help people in a profession. The people I support give time and money, which sponsors more projects. Each individual is a benefactor, as well as a beneficiary. The results will outlive us all.”
