I am both honored and humbled to have been selected to be the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Creative Education Foundation. For the past several years, I have worked alongside incredibly passionate and dedicated Trustees and I look forward to serving CEF these next two years. I appreciate the support the CEF community rallies for our organization, now in its 61st year. I am especially grateful to our leaders, volunteers, and donors. Quite literally, we could not exist without you. Finally, I would be remiss to not extend my personal appreciation to Kitty Heusner, who tirelessly and gracefully led the Board of Trustees these past 4 years. She is an incredibly gifted convener, collaborator, educator, leader, and friend. She has been a role model for me (and continues to be) and she left me some very big shoes to fill. Thank you! My warmest wishes to you, Thom Gonyeau Chair, Board of Trustees Creative Education Foundation Link to full update
Giving Tuesday started as a counter-narrative to Black Friday and Cyber Monday because it reminds us that the spirit of the holiday season is about community and not consumerism. The most meaningful gift we can give our children, loved ones, friends, and neighbors is the commitment to work together to help build a better world. Join the Creative Education Foundation in this global movement on December 2nd or give the gift of creativity today. Donate Today.
