To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Bringing technology into the service of humanity is Dr. Miller’s passion and the focus of his 30 years of research and practice. He believes that we have the tools we need to develop both a deep understanding of our customer and technology, and that we should use these tools to develop meaningfully differentiated solutions to the challenges we face as individuals and as companies.
Christopher W. Miller is Founder of Innovation Focus Inc., a firm specializing in the Discovery Stage of NPD and responsible for scores of significant innovative products across an array of companies including 3M, Hershey’s, Black & Decker, WD-40, Novartis, New Pig and Rich Products. Chris is a missionary for innovation. He is a Past President of the Board of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) and remains an active volunteer. He prides himself as being a bridge between the academic and the practitioner community. Having started and managed several of his own business ventures as well as having held several managerial positions at North American Philips, he brings a deeply practical side to the application of theory.
Chris has published many articles, manuals, chapters, books and workbooks, and has been recognized for his series of Growth Forum articles for the PDMA publication Visions. He has written Chapters for all of the PDMA Tool Books including topics such as Open Innovation, Hunting for Hunting Grounds, Ethnography, Slingshot Groups and Ideation. He has also written for Food Engineering, Concurrent Engineering, Project Management Monthly and Food Technology Intelligence.
He received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. His doctoral research targeted the life-long learning and career development of engineers. Dr. Miller was awarded an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Ruth Waxman Volunteers for Medical Engineering Award, the Distinguished Alumni Award from his undergraduate institution, Elizabethtown College. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania College of Art and Design and formerly sat on the Board of the Lancaster General Health Innovation Solutions, Inc.
