To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Gaia Grant is a Founder and the Managing Director of Tirian International Consulting and author of the breakthrough new book 'The Innovation Race: How to change a culture to change the game' and the international bestseller 'Who Killed Creativity?... And how can we get it back?'. Gaia has over 20 years’ experience in organizational learning and development, and she has worked with and consulted to a large number of international Fortune 500 organizations during this time (clients have included Baker & McKenzie, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Deutsche Bank, Downer EDI, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, JP Morgan, Optus, Rolls Royce, Schneider, and Visa). As a founder and director of Tirian, Gaia has been responsible for growing and managing the company so that it now operates in a number of countries throughout Asia Pacific, along with Europe, The Middle East and the Americas. She has developed more than 30 leadership training programs, simulations and resources that are sold under license worldwide, focusing on individual and organization transformation through innovation. Gaia has specialized in creative thinking and innovation for the last 15 years. Gaia is a guest lecturer on the topic at the Sydney University Business School, and since completing a Masters in Creative Leadership (State University of New York) she has been doing doctoral research on the topic for a PhD at Sydney University, focusing how to create a culture that supports sustainable innovation. Gaia regularly gives keynote presentations on the topic at a number of client and industry events, including having presented at the World Presidents Organization Global Edge Conference, at the International Four Seasons Conference in Canada, for a Salesforce Asia Pacific Roadshow, at Australian Institute of Management events, and at an Optus live streamed national event. Gaia is a prolific writer who has contributed to a number of prestigious publications in addition to publishing a number of books (7 in total), and she has also featured in the media, including on Australian and international commercial television programs and in a number of Australian publications, as well as in the Asian Wall Street Journal and international HR publications.
