Our online directory gives you access to a global network of best-in-class facilitators and trainers to help you deliver better outcomes by improving the effectiveness of your next meeting, session, workshop, conference or lab.
To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Xiao got her M.S. degree in creative study in International Center for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo State. She has passion on creative thinking, leadership and education. She was awarded Mary Murdock Creative Spirit Scholarship. Her dream is to benefit as many people as possible by inspiring their natural creativity. To pursue her dream, she worked closely with creativity community to help individuals, companies and schools by providing creative problem solving (CPS) training and facilitation. She is one of the leader (trainer) in CPSI 2017, in which she had a wonderful experience and time with her group.
Xiao had a professional career in the Food Innovation before coming to Buffalo. In 2010, she graduated from Jiangnan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Food Science, while she got her first Master’s degree from the same major in 2013. During these seven years, she was awarded National Scholarship and Academic Excellence Award for Postgraduates. She showed her creativity in the Food Science domain while her team won the first prize in 2011 Dupont Food Innovation Competition. While in graduate school, she acquired official AIESEC admission in Jiangnan University, providing an approach to the work and understand different cultures of our world.
After graduation, she was recruited in the Management Trainee Program in Dannon, one of the Fortune 500 companies. She worked in the Research and Development department, focusing on the new product development, innovation project management, and budget platform creation. Her first product was successfully launched in summer 2016, after which she started her adventure in Buffalo.
Xiao has multi interest in her spare time, playing soccer, swimming, jogging, and cooking.
