To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Ivy has been leading lively Innovation, Creativity, and Storytelling workshops for 20 years, across all industries and in both business and non-profit settings. She specializes in "Lead-User Research," a qualitative method developed by Eric von Hippel at MIT together with 3M, where teams mine the insights of leading edge users in adjacent and analogous industries and use those insights (and people!) to generate breakthrough concepts. Ivy's workshops bring cross-functional teams and external participants together for focused ideation, concept generation, prototyping, and business case building. Her method, which balances right-brain and left-brain thinking, is a mash-up of Lead-User Research, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Participatory Design, the work of Edward de Bono, Improvisation, Comedy, and Storytelling. She has a unique background in User Experience, Innovation, Qualitative Market Research, Project Management, Comedy, and Storytelling.
She offers workshops and facilitated training sessions in: Innovation Strategy, New Business Model Generation, New Product and Service Innovation, Process Innovation, Innovation and Creativity Skills, Customer-Driven Innovation, Lead-User Research, Storytelling, and Lean Customer Research.
