To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Laura is a partner of Darwin Associates, a consulting firm in Buffalo, New York, specializing in organizational development and creativity training and facilitation. She is a master facilitator, coach and trainer specialized in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness and group facilitation skills, with a specific focus in the area of creativity and innovation. Born and raised in Italy, Laura lives now in the United States, in Buffalo, NY and has an extensive experience in working internationally and facilitating cross-cultural teams. With Italian as her mother tongue, she is completely fluent in English and Spanish. She works with organizations across North America, Central America and Europe to enhance teamwork and leadership, facilitate creativity and innovation, and help manage change and transition. She has worked in several different fields with international organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca, International Flavor and Fragrance, LVMH, and Coca-Cola Company.
Laura is founding partner and Program Director at the Center for Certification in Creativity (http://creativitycertificate.com) , a company focused on the development of the individual and on organizational learning applied to the business context, that delivers a Certificate in Creative Leadership and Facilitation Innovation addressed to executives and professionals in Mexico, Colombia, Portugal (now expanding to theory countries), endorsed by the International Center for Studies in Creativity
Laura is an adjunct faculty member of the International Center for Studies in Creativity where se teaches a course at the Master’s program level. She is one of the founders of CREA Conference.Laura has coauthored the book Creativity Rising. Creative Thinking and Creative problem Solving in the 21st Century, published by ICSC Press in April 2012.
