To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

A Consumer Products Professional with decades of experience in creating winning products. Shannon is an expert in consumer products development and exudes strong interpersonal skills in partnering with clients and colleagues. Products developed include Tide, Olay, Old Spice, and Gillette.
Shannon is the Corporate Innovation Capability Program Manager for the P&G GYM, an innovation and creativity space. The GYM conduct overs 1500 workshop days per year, engaging over 25,000 participants. He leads and integrates the strategy to enable a "Best in Class" experience for teams to solve their innovation challenges. Shannon also designs and leads the GYM corporate training program to prepare these teams and individuals to "Bring our their Best." As the Lead Innovation and Creativity Alchemist, Shannon directs teams with best in class processes, techniques and tools to identify new opportunities, solve problems, and generate big ideas.Shannon has been recognized and awarded as an exceptional facilitator. His style is abundantly energetic and inclusive. He is highly sought for creativity sessions for ability to direct teams and effectively keep them on task. Shannon's sessions are valued as "time extremely well spent, producing extremely valuable output." Shannon's skill, techniques, and understanding of approaches "are amazing.” Additionally, he is a requested speaker on Creativity in the workplace.

-Certified Master Integrator and Facilitator of Simplexity Thinking from Basadur Applied Creativity (BAC). Simplexity is an ideation process that specializes in solving difficult organizational challenges, developing new products and services with clients, facilitating strategic planning, and training teams to be more creative. BAC clients include many of the world’s leading companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, John Deere, Frito-Lay, and PepsiCo.
-Professional Innovation Advisor (PIA) of Simplexity Thinking. The PIA is the highest designation of granted by the Center for Research in Applied Creativity, representing the elite of Applied Creativity practitioners.
-Shannon is a certified trainer in Simplexity Thinking. He instructs all P&G employees on Ideation/Creative Problem Solving and facilitation.
