To be eligible to post on the Facilitator’s Database you must:
– Have been a Leader at the Creative Problem Solving Institute within the last three years.
– Be in good standing with the Creative Education Foundation.
All applications are reviewed before posting and final decisions about eligibility are determined by CEF.

Siri Lynn is the founder and principle of Idea Exchange, a consulting firm in Fairfield, CT that has been providing qualitative research consultation, creative facilitation and training in creativity, moderating, and team building to major corporations for 20 years. She is also: co-author of Moderating To The Max; a partner in the creative collaboration known as To The Max; Master Moderator and Senior Trainer at RIVA Moderator Training School; a Distinguished Leader at CPSI (the Creative Problem Solving Institute); a member of the QRCA; and a lifetime member of the Creative Education Foundation.
One of Siri’s specialties is identifying customer insights through qualitative research. Ideas for new products and services are then created in the context of a rich understanding of the client’s customers, capabilities and competitive environment.
Siri's interest in and her devotion to creativity has led her to teach at the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI) for over 20 years, and at the International Conference for Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership (CREA) for many years. She specializes in teaching team building, leadership development, and tools and techniques for deliberate creativity.
Siri brings a strong background in creative problem solving, training, and research to all her work, as well as personal touches of empathy, humor, energy, and flexibility.
